Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional support consultant for an 8-12 month contract in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

You will support UAT preparation and execution, cutover, go-live, hypercare and BAU handover, working closely with business users, process leads, and IT. Key duties include day-to-day user support, issue triage, data validation, and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting at least one structured UAT, implementation, go-live or post-go-live hypercare assignment.
• Strong understanding of financial posting, dimensions, posting groups and reconciliation principles.
• Able to distinguish and investigate user, process, data, access, configuration, defect and integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, day-to-day functional support to users during UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live hypercare.
• Support users with Business Central transactions, navigation, agreed processes and general system queries across Finance and operations.
• Assist testers in executing structured UAT scenarios and scripts, including test steps and evidence.
• Log, classify, triage and investigate issues and elevate through the agreed route.
• Maintain accurate UAT and hypercare records, dashboards and action logs, ensuring ownership and next actions.
