Job summary

Zinkworks in Ireland is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to lead product strategy, commercialisation and technology directions. The role is executive level, focused on turning telecom and financial-services software into recurring revenue and scalable offerings.

You will own ARR targets, build GTM models, and align with Sales to secure lighthouse customers while driving profitability and growth across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of turning technology into revenue in enterprise software.
• Experience launching and commercially scaling B2B software products.
• Proven ability to own revenue, ARR or P&L targets.
• Background working with telecom operators or enterprise sales teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver product revenue and ARR targets.
• Define commercial strategy for product portfolio, pricing, packaging and routes to market.
• Build scalable software products with recurring revenue.
• Lead product management, architecture and technology teams.
• Develop compelling product positioning linked to customer ROI.
