Job summary

Jo Malone London in-store Counter Manager role under The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a leader to drive the boutique's performance and deliver the brand experience. You will oversee events, team coordination, and ensure the store reflects the brand's standards across all shifts.

You will drive sales targets, supervise scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while partnering with management to train staff and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience preferably within beauty or fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Experience with retail operations including inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with hiring manager.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment


• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling


• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation


• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
