Job summary

Jo Malone London in Galway is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a premium beauty counter, elevate in-store events and ensure the boutique runs smoothly with your team aligned to the Brand vision.

You will manage sales targets, scheduling, inventory, cash reconciliation and staff development while delivering exceptional customer service and representing Estée Lauder Companies’ standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant management experience in beauty or fast-paced retail.
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with the hiring manager before/during interview.
• Proof of right to live and work in Ireland.
