The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Boutique Manager for Jo Malone London in Ireland. You will lead in-store events, mentor the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly while aligning with the Boutique and Brand vision.

Flexibility to cover days/hours, proven beauty retail leadership, and a passion for exceptional customer service are essential. Training and product discounts accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
• A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
