Job summary

Jo Malone London in Galway is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to elevate in-store events, lead a small team, and ensure the boutique aligns with the brand vision.

You will manage daily store operations, set sales targets, coordinate staff scheduling, inventory, and cash reconciliation while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or fast-paced retail.
• Experience setting sales targets, customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
• Retail operations experience including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Flexible availability across days/hours; strong work-life balance expectations.

• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
