Jo Malone London is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead in-store experiences and deliver exceptional service. You will elevate in-store events, manage daily store operations, and ensure the team aligns with the Boutique and Brand vision.

Your role includes coaching colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards. Flexibility across days/hours is expected to support a busy retail calendar, with focus on guest satisfaction, product presentation, and team development within the

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience at Supervisor or above, preferably in beauty.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
• A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Flexible availability across days/hours to support store operations.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
