Job summary

The Land Development Agency seeks an experienced Residential Lettings and Tenancy Manager to join Cost Rental Operations within the Asset Management Team. You will oversee a portfolio of rental properties and manage external Letting & Property Management Agents.

This role requires a minimum of five years in residential letting and property operations, a PSRA licence (C) and strong stakeholder relationship skills. You will drive compliance and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have PSRA licence ‘C’ and property‑related educational qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of direct residential lettings and tenancy management experience.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the residential letting sector and landlord/tenant legislation, RTB regulations and statutory property obligations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lettings, property management and tenancy matters for an assigned Cost Rental portfolio.
• Coordinate with external letting and property management agents and internal teams.
• Manage letting terms with suppliers and monitor budgets and KPI metrics.
• Oversee end‑to‑end letting process from application to move‑in and ensure eligibility for Cost Rental tenure.
• Monitor tenancy renewals, rent reviews, arrears and occupancy levels.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
