Job summary

Halnon Estates Ltd is seeking a letting agent/property manager to manage marketable properties, process tenant applications, and handle viewings and lease preparation.

You will maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, ensure RTB compliance, and report to the head office in Dublin as required. A full driving licence is essential, with bonuses and growth opportunities offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a letting agent, property manager, or in a similar real estate role.
• A valid PSRA licence is required, minimum catagory C.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Galway property market and Irish tenancy laws.
• A full clean driving licence and access to your own car.
• Reporting to head office in Dublin as required

Responsibilities

• Market available properties and arrange viewings for prospective tenants.
• Process tenant applications, run reference checks and prepare lease agreements.
• Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests and regular property inspections and ensure compliance with RTB rules.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
