Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Corporate & International Tax offering in Limerick, shaping its strategic and commercial direction.
• Provide senior-level advice to a diverse portfolio of Irish and international businesses on complex corporate tax matters.
• Identify opportunities for growth, develop new client relationships and expand the firm's presence across the Mid-West.
• Advise on cross-border tax matters, international structuring and relevant developments in international tax legislation.
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish business-development priorities and support the continued growth of the tax division.
• Lead, mentor and develop tax professionals, supporting the growth of the regional team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Audit, Advisory and other Tax specialisms to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, finance leaders and other key stakeholders throughout the region.

• Demonstrable client relationship management and business-development experience.
