Meraki Talent is partnering with a successful professional services firm in Dublin to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager. The role offers broad exposure to advisory and compliance work and a lively, entrepreneurial culture.

You will lead a varied client portfolio, manage tax projects from planning through completion, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Partners to shape the growth of the tax practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ Irish corporate tax experience in a professional services or practice setting.
• Experience at managerial level (2+ years) and staff mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of Irish corporate tax law and advisor experience.

Our client, a successful and fast-growing professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their expanding tax team. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of industries.
• Leading and managing corporate tax compliance and advisory projects from planning through to completion.
• Advising clients on a broad range of Irish corporate tax matters including restructuring, group reorganisations, transactions, and tax-efficient structuring.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through the delivery of commercially focused tax solutions.
• Working closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex tax assignments and strategic initiatives.
• Managing and mentoring junior members of the tax team, supporting their development and progression.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, implement new ideas, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
• Staying up to date with Irish tax legislation and market developments.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ Irish corporate tax experience gained within a professional services or practice environment, with at least 2 years at Managerial level
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation.
• Proven experience leading and managing corporate tax projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute within a growing and ambitious team environment.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is highly desirable.
