• Proven experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a professional practice environment at a senior management level.
• Broad experience working with clients across multiple sectors, with ability to adapt technical expertise to varied contexts.
• Strong and up-to-date technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and its application.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research into complex tax issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience leading teams, managing multiple engagements, and mentoring junior colleagues.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Represent the firm with Revenue and regulatory bodies, managing complex queries and audits.
• Stay ahead of tax legislation and industry developments to support technical and strategic excellence.
• Support business development, including opportunity identification and proposal preparation.
• Contribute to firmwide initiatives and service quality enhancement.
