Tax Partner - North Dublin

A progressive and growing professional services firm based in North Dublin is currently seeking to appoint a Tax Partner to join its leadership team. This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to step into a senior strategic role within an established and highly regarded practice environment.

The firm has an existing and experienced tax team in place, servicing a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients across a broad range of sectors. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple tax heads while also providing genuine scope to influence the future direction and growth of the tax practice. A growth share opportunity is also on offer for the successful candidate.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider leadership team and existing tax professionals, advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs, international groups, high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial clients on a broad range of tax matters.

This role would suit an ambitious Director ready to step into Partnership or an existing Partner seeking a new environment with strong growth potential, quality clients and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse tax portfolio across corporate, income, CGT, VAT and succession planning matters
• Provide high-quality advisory and consultancy services to a broad client base
• Support and mentor an established tax team, fostering continued development and technical excellence
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Work closely with Partners across audit, accounting and advisory functions on cross-disciplinary assignments
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the tax division
• Provide commercially focused tax solutions tailored to client needs
• Stay abreast of Irish tax legislation and market developments

Candidate Profile

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified
• Significant tax experience gained within a professional services environment
• Strong technical tax capability across multiple tax heads
• Proven leadership and client management experience
• Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Business development capability and an interest in contributing strategically to the growth of the firm
• Ambitious, collaborative and solutions focused
