Job summary

Arthur Cox LLP is seeking a Front of House professional for its Dublin office. The role is permanent, onsite, reporting to the Senior Manager for Client Experience & Reprographics, and sits in the Facilities department.

You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, provide a high standard of client service, and support the smooth operation of the office while coordinating with Corporate Hospitality and cleaning staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist or within a Customer Service role in a professional environment.
• Confident in dealing with clients and executives at all levels.
• Experience managing a busy front of house reception area.
• Exceptional professional etiquette and presentation.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador and first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Provide high level of professional client facing service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain professional standards in reception areas and boardrooms.
• Manage two client facing areas and coordinate with support teams.
• Answer calls and operate the switchboard efficiently.
• Oversee administration duties of a busy reception.
• Book and supervise meeting rooms and liaise with other departments.
• Support ad-hoc hospitality events and projects as required.
• Be an active member of Health and Safety team as First Aider and Fire Warden.
• Assist Facilities Team on an ad-hoc basis if required.
