The Finance Group at A&L Goodbody LLP in Dublin seeks a talented solicitor to join our General Finance Group, advising on large, complex finance mandates across lending, real estate and funds.

The role offers exposure to corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, fund finance and direct lending in a fast-paced, collaborative environment for candidates with 1–6 years’ relevant PQE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–6 years of relevant finance PQE.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate lending mandates, including sustainability linked facilities.
• Work on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
• Assist with real estate and development finance transactions.
• Support fund finance arrangements and direct lending deals.
• Advise financial institutions and lenders on lending products.
