Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Cork-based construction opportunities across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial and public-sector projects.

You will manage the commercial and contractual delivery, prepare budgets and forecasts, handle valuations and final accounts, and supervise subcontractor procurement while liaising with Project Managers and site teams to drive value and performance.

Formación

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with construction experience.
• Main contractor experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control and commercial management.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, valuations and final accounts.
• Proficient in Excel and QS software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the commercial and contractual delivery of construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost plans and forecasts.
• Carry out measurement and valuation of works.
• Prepare interim valuations and payment applications.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts.
• Prepare tender documentation and assess subcontractor submissions.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Management and Commercial teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and final accounts.
