Astreya is seeking an IT Operations/Project Coordinator to drive cross-functional IT and facilities work in Ireland. You will coordinate Colo vendors, smart hands, and shipments, ensure site access compliance, and track RMAs and tickets end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project coordination, experience with Colo/facility providers and OEM vendors (Cisco/Juniper/Arista), and strong communication skills for a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Experience with Colo/Facility providers.
• Experience with OEM vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service orientation and dependability.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and drive tickets to resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with Colo vendors to schedule Smart Hands and site access for visitors.
• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and ensure environmental compliance in cages.
• Coordinate with turnkey vendors to request Smart Hands and technician availability.
• Ensure site-access requests comply with security policies.
• Manage RMA shipments with hardware vendors and track to closure.
• Maintain records of ticket activity, vendor interactions, and shipments.
• Support incident/Outage coordination and 24/7 coverage handovers.
• Provide timely status updates and escalate blockers or at-risk SLAs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to progress tickets end-to-end.
• Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
