TELUS Digital, based in Cork, Ireland, is launching a new Customer Support Specialists team to assist a privacy-focused technology company. You will handle chat, email, SMS, and phone inquiries, guiding customers through account, product, billing, and technical questions with empathy and accuracy.

The role offers shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Monday to Sunday, with a gross annual salary of €29,900 plus a monthly performance bonus (up to 10%) and a shift premium for late hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency (C1/C2 written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across chat, email, SMS, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
