Job summary

TELUS Digital in Cork is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our new team. Based onsite in our Cork office, you will assist customers via chats, email, SMS, and phone, troubleshoot issues, and explain privacy concepts clearly.

You'll support customers of a privacy-focused tech company, helping create a safer internet. The role offers a competitive €29,900 gross salary with a monthly bonus up to 10% and shift premium for night hours, plus career progression and benefits for dedicated

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in a customer support/customer facing role is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Demonstrated communication and problem solving skills
• Prior experience in a call Centre environment is advantageous
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and workflows quickly

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot account, billing, login, subscription and product related issues
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels: chat, email, SMS, and phone channels
• Explain privacy and security concepts to customers in simple, clear language
• Escalating complex cases to specialist teams as required
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain high quality ticket notes
• Follow internal workflows, SOPs, and escalation processes accurately
• Meet established performance expectations including quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Stay updated on product changes, workflows, and support processes
• Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and care
