- Building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and quality plans.
- Reviewing technical designs, SLDs, layouts, and MV network drawings to ensure compliance and constructability.
- Coordinating with utilities on grid connections, permits, MV switching, and energization.
- Overseeing procurement of PV modules, inverters, structures, MV equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Leading progress meetings, preparing reports, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Working with HSE teams to maintain safe work environments and meet audit requirements.
- Managing subcontractors to ensure delivery meets timelines, quality expectations, and contractual terms.
- Running quality inspections, FAT/SAT processes, and commissioning activities.
- Tracking costs, preparing variations and claims, and supporting cash flow and invoicing.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with MV electrical systems is an advantage.
- Deep familiarity with solar PV components, system design, and performance.
- Good understanding of MV systems, protection schemes, and grid‑integration requirements.
- Strong ability to review technical drawings and work with MS Project or Primavera.
- Hands‑on experience with EPC workflows, construction practices, and commissioning.
- 5–10+ years managing solar, electrical, or power‑infrastructure projects.
- A clear track record delivering commercial, industrial, or utility‑scale PV and MV projects.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.
