Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. in Canmore, AB is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, and to accommodate customers with allergies or intolerances.

You will inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain inventory and records while keeping kitchen operations efficient and hygienic.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of kitchen experience.
• Must be able to work at the Canmore location.
• Canadian work authorization required.
