Job summary

Acmrec in Dublin is seeking an experienced construction professional to become the senior construction lead within a privately owned residential developer. You’ll work directly with the owners, enjoy real autonomy, and take ownership of a portfolio of residential projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin area, with values up to €2–3m.

Projects range from smaller developments and infill sites to high-end one-off houses.

Qualifications

• Experienced construction professional with a track record in residential projects.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working directly with owners.
• Ability to oversee projects from pre-construction to handover.

Responsibilities

We are working with a small, privately owned residential developer looking for an experienced construction professional to effectively become the senior construction person within the business.

You’ll work directly alongside the owners, have real autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of a portfolio of residential projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin area.

The work ranges from smaller residential developments and infill sites through to high-end one-off houses, with individual project values reaching approximately €2–3m.

There aren't five layers of management above you.

They want someone they can trust to take control, make decisions and get projects delivered.

The role will cover:

• Overseeing multiple residential projects from pre-construction through to handover
