Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Dublin to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and contracts, and act as the main client contact to ensure programme, quality, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a decade of delivery experience on live sites or campuses, expertise with precast frames, and a solid grasp of building regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Experience managing projects with multiple phased handovers.
• Proven track record of delivering major projects within tight timeframes on live sites or operational campuses.
• Experience with precast frame installation.
• Excellent knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the management and delivery of a large-scale construction project, reporting to the Construction Director.
• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery against programme, budget, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
• Act as the primary client contact and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure client requirements are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan, including programme, budget, contracting strategy, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Manage project budgets and contract administration alongside the Quantity Surveying team.
• Monitor and adjust project programmes as required.
• Work closely with pre-construction and development teams to identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate project design teams and ensure effective information flow to site operations.
• Manage relationships with statutory authorities, project partners, and key stakeholders.
• Implement best practice project controls, reporting, and performance management processes.
