Job summary

VANRATH seeks a dynamic Contracts Manager to lead Dublin’s strategic facilities management operations in a landmark higher‑education environment. You will oversee integrated FM services, ensuring contractual and statutory compliance while managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced partners.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing large-scale Facilities Management contracts, particularly PPP/PFI environments (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced service providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in budget management, contractual KPIs, and performance improvement.
  • Full understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the effective delivery of integrated facilities management services across the project, ensuring contractual and statutory compliance.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, including managers, technicians, and service partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, presenting innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management and coordinate emergency response and incident management procedures.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through regular reviews and reporting.

About you
