Job summary

VANRATH is seeking a senior facilities management leader for a Dublin site. You will direct a large, diverse team across Hard and Soft FM, Security, Catering, and facilities services, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a GMP-sensitive environment.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage budgets, drive KPIs, and build strong client relationships while delivering transformational projects and cost savings across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in facilities management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all integrated facilities management services at the Dublin site, including Hard and Soft FM, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Waste, Grounds Maintenance, and Workplace Services.
• Manage budget, financial performance, and operational KPIs to ensure service delivery within contractual requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of over 150 employees and external subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety, excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their trusted operational advisor.
• Oversee compliance with health & safety, environmental, and food safety standards within a GMP-sensitive environment.
• Drive efficiency initiatives, cost savings, and sustainability projects to enhance operational performance.
• Lead transformation projects, ensuring smooth mobilisation and business continuity.
