Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee residential projects in Dublin for a Tier 1 contractor. You will manage pre-construction through to completion and lead cross-functional teams on a busy project pipeline.

The role requires strong commercial, contractual and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, procurement and ensure health and safety compliance. An attractive package includes pension and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior PM ready to step up.
• Strong experience in student accommodation or apartment/residential schemes.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
