Job summary

The Noel Group, a leading facilities management partner, seeks a Contract Manager for Ireland to lead delivery of integrated FM services on a large-scale contract. You will oversee operational performance, compliance, financial management, contractor relationships, and service delivery standards across diverse teams.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met, while coordinating with clients and service partners to deliver value

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing Facilities Management contracts.
• Experience managing operational budgets and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical & Electrical Systems, and BMS.
• IOSH, NEBOSH, BIFM, CIBSE or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of managers, technicians, and frontline staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service partners.
• Ensure KPI and SLA targets are consistently achieved.
• Manage contract budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with statutory, health & safety, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
• Coordinate lifecycle projects, equipment upgrades, and asset replacement programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
• Participate in emergency response and business continuity planning when required.
