PJ Hegarty in Dublin is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards. The role requires leading the construction team, delivering a sustainable project, and reporting to the Contract Director.

This position will be based full time on a Dublin site and report directly to the Contract Director.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a key role in managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.
