We are working with a growing aviation advisory firm that is expanding its team in Dublin and is now looking to hire an ambitious Contracts Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aircraft leasing, contract management or lease administration experience who is looking to develop their career within an advisory environment, with exposure to contracts, lease data, transactions and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain aircraft lease and contractual data, ensuring accuracy across key commercial and contractual terms.
• Review lease agreements and supporting documentation, identifying key obligations, dates, rents, options and other relevant data.
• Support advisory teams with lease data analysis, reporting, due diligence and transaction-related projects.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to improved lease data management processes and controls.

Candidate Profile

• Degree-qualified or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Aircraft leasing, aviation, lease management or contract management experience.
• Strong ability to interpret lease agreements and extract key contractual and commercial information.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and data management skills, with strong Excel capability.
• Confident, proactive and commercially minded, with a desire to develop within a growing aviation advisory platform.
