Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a global leader in Aircraft Leasing on an exciting Contracts Manager role in Dublin. The Contracts Management team directs all lease contracts life cycle and ensures compliance with contract terms, company policies, and government regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring stipulations, liaising with airline clients, managing receivables, preparing demand letters, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years contracts/legal/paralegal management experience in Aircraft Leasing or Aviation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage lease stipulations and requirements to ensure compliance with aircraft agreements and LC management.
• Interact with airline clients, check and prepare Conditions Precedents and reconcile receivables for delivery/redelivery of aircraft.
• Capture and maintain lease information in corporate systems for accessible data.
• Collect receivables, send demand letters, reconcile deposits and lease payments to manage cash flow.
• Prepare ancillary legal documents and correspondence per contract terms and policies.
• Prepare and distribute reports with lease/portfolio information for internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage ad-hoc transactions or regulatory requirements.

Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a global leader in Aircraft Leasing on an exciting new Contracts Manager role in Dublin

The Contracts Management team is responsible for directing all related aspects of assigned leases for the contracts’ life cycle and managing compliance with the terms of the contract, corporate policies, and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, check and manage lease/purchase/sale stipulations and requirements as well as track critical events, in line with the terms of the agreement and policies and procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the various aircraft agreements and Letter of Credit Management;
• Interact with airline clients, check and prepare certain Conditions Precedents and reconcile any outstanding receivables, as outlined in the contract and per the policies and procedures, in order to ensure that delivery and redelivery of aircraft in accordance with the contractual agreements will take place;
• Capture and manage integrity of all relevant lease and portfolio lease information in corporate management system, in line with policies and procedures, in order to make all contractual data available companywide;
• Collect receivables and check outstanding payments from customers, prepare and send out demand letters and notices of default, as well as reconcile security deposits and lease payments, in accordance with policies and procedures, with the purpose of overseeing and influencing the in and out flow of funds during the lease term;
• Prepare ancillary legal documents and correspondence such as draft relevant Conditions Precedent in line with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract and the policies and procedures;
• Prepare and distribute reports in order to provide internal and external parties with relevant and up to date lease/portfolio information;
• Manage ad-hoc special transactions or regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 2 -4 years contracts / legal / paralegal management experience in Aircraft Leasing or Aviation
