Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid HR generalist experience across core HR areas.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a maternity cover.
• Working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage a broad remit independently.
• Approachable and trusted, able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries, policies and day-to-day issues.
• Own the employee lifecycle during the contract: onboarding, contracts, records and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment: job postings, scheduling, candidate communication and offers.
• Keep HR administration accurate and compliant.
• Support managers on performance, probation and employee relations.
• Provide accurate information to support payroll processing.
• Keep existing HR processes and policies running, and stay on top of Irish employment law.
• Hold the fort on any ongoing people projects handed over before the leave begins.
