Job summary

Osborne Recruitment seeks a Technical Coordinator to manage the flow of technical and design information across construction projects. You will coordinate with external consultants, in-house draughtspersons, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions.

The role covers preconstruction to project close-out, including document control, consultant coordination, and BCAR/Safety File preparation. Strong organizational skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience coordinating external consultants and managing technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LOI documentation and technical submittals.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to align design info.
• Maintain document control across live projects.
• Distribute approved technical information to subcontractors and site teams.
• Prepare BCAR close-out and Safety Files.
• Assist project managers with coordination and admin tasks.
