Job summary

Cairn is seeking a Technical Coordinator to manage the design and technical aspects of projects, coordinating information from planning through on-site start. The role focuses on houses and duplexes, with support on mid-rise blocks.

You will brief consultants, run design workshops, and ensure quality across schemes. Candidates should have architecture or architectural technology qualifications, 3+ years in residential design, proficiency in CAD, and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 3+ years experience in residential architecture.
• Knowledge of design detailing and construction methods.
• Proficient in CAD and sketch design.

Responsibilities

• Briefing and advising external consultants and subcontractors within timescales and budgets.
• Coordinate Pre-Construction Design with Technical Manager.
• Lead design workshops and record minutes.
• Ensure quality and customer focus throughout detailed design.
