Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead the Customer Technical Support Team for the KPRO range, delivering expert assistance by phone, email, video call and on-site visits.

You will manage the team, maintain deep product knowledge across screeds, renders, EWI systems, grouts and repair mortars, respond to inquiries, investigate issues, prepare technical reports and support training to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in construction or materials science.
• Experience leading technical support teams in construction product environments.
• Ability to interpret specifications, standards and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Technical Support Team to provide expert advice and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate site visits, assessments and on-site demonstrations for customers.
• Prepare technical reports and train staff and clients on KPRO products.
• Support R&D and QC with product testing and issue resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction and sales growth through timely, technical support.
