Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Supervisor in Kilkenny to oversee a team delivering administrative, process improvement and financial support for senior technical leaders. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment and systems.

The successful candidate will manage workload, coordinate priorities, and drive method improvements while upholding CBRE values and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma; 5–8 years job-related experience; prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with technical leaders, facilities managers, and clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team for effective service delivery.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders and coordinate daily team activities.
• Demonstrate expertise in own discipline and related disciplines; continue professional development.
• Coach others to develop knowledge across function areas; lead by example in CBRE values.
