Job summary

Kilsaran Road Surfacing and Contracting is seeking a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor to lead on-site activities, supervise plant, labour, and subcontractors, and ensure timely progress and reporting. The role offers opportunities to progress toward site management with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will work with experienced colleagues, contribute to financial performance monitoring, and benefit from a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in construction or engineering environments is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly within a team.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems on site.

Responsibilities

• On site supervision of plant, labour, sub-contractors, materials, productivity and progress.
• Liaison with the client's site supervision staff.
• Maintenance of daily site records detailing labour and machinery on site.
• Site testing and quality checks.
• Agree measures with client and ensure timely billing of works.
• Assist with monitoring the financial performance of projects.
• Maintain adherence to Health & Safety policies and practices.
