Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a Technical Support Representative in Ireland (Naas). You will be the primary technical interface, delivering expert support by phone, email, online platforms, and on-site visits to customers and prospects.

You will work with the Technical Support Team to ensure prompt, professional support and drive product specification and sales growth. The role requires a technical degree or related discipline and strong knowledge of construction products, processes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Construction Technology or related discipline.
• Fields listed: Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science.
• Or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers by telephone, email, video call, and in person.
• Provide technical support to the Customer Service Team on KPRO related products.
• Provide technical support via project visits and site meetings.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries relating to product selection, specification, installation procedures, curing requirements, and performance issues.
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and technical issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge across all product ranges.
