Job summary

Structure Tone Ireland, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a proactive Construction Recruiter to support talent acquisition in Dublin and across designated markets of Germany and Netherlands. You will identify, attract, assess, and hire construction professionals to support growth and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment in construction/engineering.
• Experience recruiting construction professionals in Ireland/Europe.
• Knowledge of Irish employment practices, GDPR compliance.
• Fluent in English; strong stakeholder management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Recruit for construction roles including project managers, site managers, estimators, engineers, and directors.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies based on role and market conditions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
