Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment seeks a Construction Foreman to oversee on-site delivery across Leinster. You will supervise labour, subcontractors, suppliers and plant, and plan daily activities to achieve milestones and client deadlines.

You will read and interpret drawings and schedules, ensure quality standards, and maintain HSQE records while promoting safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate teams and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in construction supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage sites, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Strong reading of construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of construction sites across Leinster.
• Lead and coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, suppliers and plant.
• Plan daily/weekly activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain HSQE records and project documentation.
