You’ll be central to the smooth running of the project, managing documentation, compliance, and coordination across teams. This permanent role offers structured hours and minimal Dublin commute, with onsite free parking and a long-term local opportunity.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Background in construction or a similar environment (ideal—not essential).
• Experienced with document systems (SharePoint, CRM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction compliance & traceability.
• Based locally and seeking a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage site documentation, drawings & compliance records.
• Maintain registers, invoices, timesheets & delivery logs.
• Support snagging, handover & after-sales processes.
• Provide practical IT/admin support to the site team.
