Job summary

SSA Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Construction Scheduler to join a long-term project team. You will create and manage integrated construction programmes, track progress, and report on critical path, delays, and implications.

The role requires coordinating tender programmes, logistic plans, and method statements in collaboration with the Design Manager. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years postgraduate planning experience in construction and a degree in Engineering/Construction/Planning,

Qualifications

• 5+ years post graduate experience in a planning role within construction.
• Degree qualified in Engineering/Construction/Planning.
• Have a thorough understanding of construction projects, scope of works and restrictions imposed by contractual requirements and site conditions.
• Experience in working on large scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of fully integrated construction programmes including target and sub-contractor programmes.
• Report on progress versus programme on projects including critical path status, delays and implications.
• Production of tender programmes, logistic plans and method statements.
• Monitor and report on supplier and subcontractor design, approval, off-site production etc.
• Manage and update the Design Programme in conjunction with the Design Manager
• Attend Client, subcontractor, and supplier progress meetings as required
• Work with the project team to provide consistency in the project planning approach and facilitate accuracy in reporting and programme execution
