Job summary

Burns Construction is seeking a Construction Planner / Programmer to develop, maintain and update construction programmes across live Galway projects, using Microsoft Project or similar planning software. You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams and design consultants to keep programmes accurate and on track.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and managing construction programmes, ideally in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Asta Powerproject.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method and resource planning.
• Background in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with site teams, subcontractors and design consultants.
• Procore experience an advantage.

• Support tender programme preparation for new project bids.
• Coordinate programme information with Procore where relevant.

Burns Construction, a construction firm based in the west of Ireland working across development and construction projects, is hiring a Construction Planner / Programmer to develop, maintain and update construction programmes across our live projects in Galway, using Microsoft Project or similar planning software. This role works closely with our project managers, site teams and design consultants to keep every project programme accurate and on track.
