Job summary

Sitetech Rathcoole is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive sales growth and manage day-to-day trade within the Rathcoole operation. You will develop relationships with customers, ensure satisfaction, and promote Sitetech's innovative products to builders and contractors.

Key responsibilities include meeting customer needs, planning sales strategies, growing trade accounts, and providing technical product advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within the construction sector.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories and their applications is desirable but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market, particularly in Dublin.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive great service.
• Develop sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and grow day to day trade accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
