Job summary

Sisk Group in Ireland seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, time, budget and quality standards. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and drive compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practice.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure resources are effectively allocated and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Promote health, safety and environmental performance across activities.
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications and statutory regulations.
• Support audits, inspections and reviews to maintain compliance.
