• 5+ years of Development/Construction PM experience on residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and coordinating design/construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and processes.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore and Excel for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in pre-construction through handover on development projects.
• Coordinate design and construction teams across all phases.
• Oversee programme delivery, budgets, and cost control.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD essential).
• Attend site meetings and manage project reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards and quality.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or overruns.

Role Overview

They are currently seeking a mid-level Development / Construction Project Manager to work on the delivery of multiple development projects. The successful candidate will be involved across all phases—from design coordination through to construction completion—ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, program, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role in construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
• Fully engage and coordinate design and construction teams.
• Oversee program delivery, budgets, and cost control.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD essential).
• Attend site meetings and manage project reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience in Development or Construction Project Management (residential or commercial projects).
• Degree / Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
• Experience reviewing/coordinating technical information and briefing design and construction teams.
• Excellent project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget as part of a management team.
• Exposure to design & build or developer-led projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Excel).
• Relevant Health & Safety certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, PSDP/PSCS awareness).
