Job summary

Lumen Search is seeking a project leader to oversee residential construction projects in Drogheda, Ireland. The role coordinates design, site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery within budget.

The position involves managing procurement processes, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and reporting progress to Directors. Strong focus on EHS&Q compliance and client satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Residential Construction Projects
• Manage the Design Team, Site Team and Subcontractors
• Coordinate with designers on missing information required for completion of design.
• Support the procurement process for project suppliers to ensure delivery of project
• Coordinate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements,
• Support in all commercial aspects of projects
• Adhere to the construction programme, manage the program and monitor progress
• Maintain a structured approach to managing the project
• Ensure all EHS&Q systems are adhered
• Manage client expectations on all contracts
• Report monthly along with project team to Directors

Job description

Project: The projects are in the value range of €5m to €10m. Projects will consist of a mix of traditional 2- and 3-bedroom homes or similar, and apartments /duplex new homes .

Location - Drogheda.

Salary - 90K - 110K Base + Vehicle + Bonsu + Health + Pension
