Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Project Director for a construction project in Dundalk. You will be responsible for delivering the project with P&L accountability and achieving margin/EBITDA targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Industrial Operations Director, manage budgets, resources and client relationships, and lead the project team to implement strategy, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSQE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• Level 7 qualification (diploma and ordinary bachelor degree) required.
• Desirable: administration, analytical, communications, and computer literacy.
• Desirable competencies: collaboration, decision making, flexibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Achieve project outcomes with P&L responsibility and EBITDA targets.
• Report monthly performance to Industrial Operations Director and monitor risks.
• Assist in budgeting and resource the project to deliver for client and Glanua.
• Lead the team, implement continuous improvement and HSQE compliance.
• Engage in contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
