Job summary

Glanua in Ireland seeks a Senior HSQE Advisor to lead on-site health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability across construction projects.

You will implement ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards, coordinate safety inductions, audits and incident investigations, and ensure subcontractors comply with the plan. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and the ability to promote a proactive HSQE culture on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSQE or related field.
• Level 7 qualification (Diploma or Ordinary Bachelor Degree) or equivalent.
• Sector: construction exposure is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site HSQE management for construction projects.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 compliance.
• Develop and implement site safety plans and inductions.
• Investigate incidents and report findings.
• Coordinate with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors on HSQE compliance.
• Maintain safety documentation and audits.
