Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of purchase order processes and supplier coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the buying and procurement team.
Liaise with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Monitor and update procurement logs and trackers.
Assist in sourcing materials and suppliers.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice accuracy.
Help maintain compliance with procurement procedures.
Support general office administration duties.
Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires.
Prepare reports for management on procurement activity.
