Job summary

CBSbutler seeks an experienced CSA Lead to join its onsite Site Projects team. You'll coordinate construction across multiple multi-discipline projects on a live GMP site, working with Operations, Facility Users and Craft to deliver safely, on schedule and within budget.

Required: 5–10+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects and a degree in Engineering. Strong on-site health and safety leadership and clear, confident communication with contractors and site stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years' experience in construction on pharma/biopharma projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking contractor activity to keep projects on programme, safely and in a structured way.
• Leading on site health and safety across projects.
• Attending daily coordination meetings with Operations and other site stakeholders.
• Taking part in constructability and safety reviews.
• Reviewing project scope, budget and schedule, and monitoring progress, cost and regulatory compliance.
• Programming works and managing several projects of varying size and complexity in parallel.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings, schedules, contracts and proposals.
• Supporting construction, start-up and handover of facility systems through commissioning.

My client is seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join its onsite Site Projects team. You'll coordinate construction across multiple multi-discipline projects at once, working closely with Operations, Facility Users and Craft to deliver work safely, on schedule and within budget. This is a long-term contract suited to someone who has coordinated construction on large-scale pharma or biopharma capital projects and is comfortable working on a live GMP site.
